Shipping Policy
OVERVIEW
All shipping costs will be determined at the checkout and will be based off the shipping destination. Once your order is placed, there is a 24 - 72 hour processing window before your order is shipped. We do our absolute best to get orders processed and shipped as soon as possible. Once your items have been shipped, it will generally take your order 2 - 4 business days to arrive with express shipping and 4 - 8 business days to arrive with standard shipping within Australia.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation and tracking number via email. Please note, it may take up to 1-2 business days for the tracking number to be scanned into our carrier system.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. We will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen, or missing from the shipping address once your order has been delivered. The customer is responsible for paying the cost of re-shipping any packages returned to the sender due to issues with delivery.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer standard international shipping to over 41 countries (and 200 regions) within New Zealand, The United States of America, Canada, The United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Kosovo, Malta, Montenegro, Myanmar (Burma), Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russian Federation, Serbia, Slovakia, South Africa, Turkey and Ukraine.
We use standard shipping for international customers. Your eligibility for international shipping will be determined at the checkout based on your shipping destination. We offer a standard $10 flat rate shipping to international customers based in the USA and Canada. For all other locations, we offer $15 flat rate shipping. Once your items have been shipped, it will generally take your order 6 - 27 business days to arrive.
Please note: we do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays so if you place your order on one of these days, it will be processed the following business day. Additionally, due to the current delays Australia Post are experiencing, the timeframes provided may differ. You will find all your shipping information, along with your tracking number in your confirmation email.
