Returns Policy
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date. However, all returned items must be in a new and un-used condition and must be returned in its original packaging. Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
If you wish to return your purchase, please contact us here. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as details on where to send your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within fourteen (14) business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than twenty (20) business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us here or at info@theiafragrances.com.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products (special orders, personalised items or samples). We also do not accept returns for products that have already been opened or used. Please get in touch here if you have questions or concerns about your specific order.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
DAMAGED ITEMS
We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. Please note it is normal for the shipping box to show some wear from its long journey to you! However, if any damage has occurred to the product(s) inside the shipping box, please contact us here and we will be more than happy to resolve any issues.
ORDER CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order, provided we have not yet fulfilled the order and dispatched it. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will process the order cancellation and refund the cost of your order to the original credit card you purchased with.
